"So I just want to make my payment today and I want to speak to a supervisor and they told me a supervisor that’s not available at this location. They didn’t even give me the option to speak to my agent when I tried to call to speak to my agent, they told me that he couldn’t speak to me that he could call me back later. I gotta wait two hours for him to call me back every time I ask for him and it’s not all the time I always have to wait this to me means that I had to wait as I ever get into accident that God prevents it doesn’t happen. I gotta wait for them to pay too."

"One of the worst agents I ever had in my life whenever I call to speak to my agent either he’s in a meeting or he’s in a call the last two hours waste of money right now. I feel like they’re not professional and not explaining everything to me the way they’re supposed to be by law. I don’t know how to read. This is my speaker saying everything I want to say I feel like they steal my money because I’m not fully covered."
